My own discovery:
Quick homemade mango pudding
Recipe*
half a cup of Cottage cheese
one whole Ripened mango sliced/cubed
half a cup of whole milk
sugar as needed
blend all in a Blender and serve with sliced mangoes on top =)

Absolutely Heavenly! Mango is the king of fruits. No fresh mangoes here, i’m using only the fresh & frozen ones. Those chocolates above R driving me crazy.
